To say that the Minecraft Hololens demo at E3 is mind blowing is a bit of an understatement. Watch how you can take Minecraft from your Xbox One, to your table, and play in a 3D world. You can even play with other people. Just watch as the room goes wild as the demo shows off what this tech can do. All we can do is ask: when is the first holodeck coming out? That has to be the next step, right?

Tonya here! I just found out that The Last Unicorn is out on Blu-Ray! This movie was a HUGE part of my childhood. I think I made my mom rent it for me every time we were at the video store. It's not your typical kids movie fare and really isn't a Disney flick, so don't tune in hoping to find charming forest animals who sing and dance. Watching the trailer below reminded me how much this movie scared me. But I loved it, absolutely and completely. Anyone else like it when they were growing up?
Hey everyone, Nicole here! So Jurassic World opened yesterday and I saw it last night and it was awesome! I really feel it fits perfectly within the Jurassic Park franchise. Plus, have you seen their really cool interactive website? Have you seen the movie? What did you guys think? *No spoilers please!* Who's ready for San Diego Comic-Con? We sure are after learning there will indeed be a Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel in Hall H at this year's SDCC! Director J.J. Abrams, Writer Lawrence Kasdan, and Producer Kathleen Kennedy will talk about what's easily the most anticipated film of the year! And don't be surprised if some of the actors from Ep. VII swing by too. The panel will be sometime on Friday (Comic-Con doesn't release full schedule info until two weeks before the con).
Comic-Con has also released their TV panel lineup and it's a great mix of veteran and new shows: Doctor Who, Supergirl, Minority Report, iZombie, Outlander, Supernatural, and Legends of Tomorrow are just a few on the schedule. Jeff and Nicole will be at Comic-Con having the most zany fun ever! They'll be doing a Super Geeked Up LIVE show and meetup event as well as a Web Series panel at the con. And they'll do pretty much whatever it takes to get into the Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel. Let's start camping out now! Speaking of that, what panel would you be most interested in seeing at Comic-Con and what one would you sleep out overnight for? Let us know in the comments! And be sure to let us know if you'll be going to SDCC so we can send you an invite to our super-fun Super Geeked Up event! To read more about the Star Wars: The Force Awakens and other Star Wars panels, head on over to the official Star Wars site. For more info on the TV panel lineup, the Hollywood Reporter has the full list! Whether you knew him as Dracula, Count Dooku, Saruman, or from one of his two hundred other roles, it is more than likely you've seen or heard Sir Christopher Lee's work. A man of many talents, he was also a heavy metal performer and served with the RAF and British Intelligence during WWII. While much of his WWII work is still classified, it is rumoured that he was one of Churchill's elite Nazi hunters. With his passing, the world has lost one of its legends. Rest in peace, sir and thank you for all you have done.

We had an absolute blast on Sunday at Albany Comic Con doing our Super Geeked Up LIVE show and just generally geeking out! Check out the pics below and over 50 more on our Facebook page! Super-thanks to the great audience we had for SGU LIVE, all the volunteers, Geek Fuel for proving amazing prizes, and my awesome co-hosts for the show Jordan Noel and Mark Pezzula!
Quasi-Age of Ultron spoilers ahead! Given how the latest Avengers installment played out, we sorta kinda thought Samuel L. Jackson in his Nick Fury glory would be a big part of, well, ALL the upcoming Avenger-related movies. But according this is article in The Hollywood Reporter, it turns out that assumption is smashed more than The Hulk going green on Ultron's shiny metal ass. Additionally, it seems that no one is more surprised than SLJ himself. Thoughts, SGU family? Do you think that Marvel is keeping Nick Fury for the bigger tent pole Avengers films such as Infinity War? Or maybe something else is afoot?
